A couple of years ago, I found a Duval county wareapartment space downtown that was twice the size of the locale where my supplier was currently situated; I was running a small bakery & looking for a locale that would allow me to expand, then the current space had to be set up with lots of reclaim & storage solutions. I found a wareapartment that was completely empty. It was a pretty great deal & I made a low offer that was accepted. I contacted a Jacksonville freight pallet racking supplier nearby. I have plenty of room to store all of the items necessary for baking large quantities of cupcakes, cookies, & assorted pastries, then now that I have the Jacksonville wareapartment set up, my next transport is to secure a space downtown where I can sell directly to the public, currently my purchasers can only order online or on our website although I would like to increase my client visibility by having a direct to client affix.
